Aris Search Llc is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a remote role in the United States. The position focuses on delivering IT infrastructure and software projects for MSP clients, with limited travel to Southern California for initial training and periodic visits.

The ideal candidate will combine strong project leadership with hands‑on infrastructure experience, enabling effective technical discussions, troubleshooting, and implementation work when needed.

Qualifications

• MSP experience with multiple concurrent IT infra projects preferred.
• Ability to translate approved scopes into detailed project plans and execute.
• Hands‑on infrastructure experience enabling technical discussions and troubleshooting.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure administration experience.
• Solid networking, firewall, and virtualization knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments and migrations.

Responsabilités

• Own assigned IT projects from scope through delivery and handoff.
• Translate scopes into detailed project plans with tasks, owners, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across client environments.
• Lead infrastructure projects including server installations, AD migrations, and Azure projects.
• Coordinate technicians, engineers, vendors, and client contacts across projects.
• Lead project kickoffs, technical sessions, status meetings, and reviews.
• Validate prerequisites and ensure proper backups, access, and rollback plans.
• Track scope, schedules, budgeted effort, risks, and resource needs.
• Identify blockers early and escalate as needed; provide hands‑on implementation when required.
• Perform testing and QA before project completion; maintain documentation.
• Ensure clean handoff to ongoing support teams and participate in post‑project reviews.
