Job summary

This is a remote role for a MRICS or FRICS Building Surveyor on a freelance basis. You will inspect houses and apartments, conduct surveys, assess defects and produce repair specifications. You will work independently but with the full backing of a supportive team.

Ideal candidates hold MRICS/FRICS, have extensive Building Surveying experience, and understand HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS is required, and you will use our client's

Qualifications

• Hold MRICS or FRICS designation and extensive Building Surveying experience.
• Knowledge of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 is essential.
• Ability to produce clear repair specifications and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with remote-work readiness.
