Job summary
The Talent People Limited in Bromley, UK, is hiring a Surveyor to cover residential and commercial properties. You will carry out Level 1 surveys, homebuyers surveys and building surveys, with enfranchisement work and report writing. A recognised RICS qualification (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS) and a valid UK licence with a car are essential.
Salary £40,000–£60,000, with remote/hybrid work options. Benefits include medical insurance, 26 days holidays plus bank holidays, a sick pay scheme and career
Qualifications
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications.
- RICS Registered Valuer.
- Experience in Surveying.
- Full UK Licence and Car.
