Qualifications

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications.
• RICS Registered Valuer.
• Experience in Surveying.
• Full UK Licence and Car.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Level 1 Surveys.
• Homebuyers Surveys.
• Building Surveys.
• Additional Services to Public and Private Clients.
• Surveys for Enfranchisements.
• Conducting 9 surveys per week.
• Report writing.
