Qualifications

• 1+ year in medical settings or customer service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Schedule up to 300 MRI appointments per week.
• Screen patients for metal, pacemakers, etc.
• Handle scheduling via telephone, fax, and health information exchange.
• Coordinate and confirm MRI appointment times.
• Answer patient questions and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Report to the office location as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.
