Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience within the Office Equipment or Managed Print Services industry.
Hands-on experience with industry ERPs, especially e-automate, Forza, or similar dealer management systems.
Deep understanding of specific billing structures, like base/overage models and tiered clicks.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end migration of service and lease contracts into Noetics.
Perform audits to validate contracts within the Noetics system for accuracy.
Identify and correct improper contract structures during the transition.
Assist clients in learning how to manage their migrated contracts.
Act as the final check to ensure setup in Noetics matches intended billing outcomes.
