Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience within the Office Equipment or Managed Print Services industry.
• Hands-on experience with industry ERPs, especially e-automate, Forza, or similar dealer management systems.
• Deep understanding of specific billing structures, like base/overage models and tiered clicks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end migration of service and lease contracts into Noetics.
• Perform audits to validate contracts within the Noetics system for accuracy.
• Identify and correct improper contract structures during the transition.
• Assist clients in learning how to manage their migrated contracts.
• Act as the final check to ensure setup in Noetics matches intended billing outcomes.
