Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and professional certification relevant to the line of business.
• Three years of claims management experience with knowledge of Commercial Transportation coverages.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficient with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process commercial cargo claims by reviewing coverage and investigating.
• Determine liability and evaluate the scope of damages.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters and vendors to support investigations.
• Report large claims to appropriate carriers and manage related deadlines.
• Maintain SOC 2 compliance responsibilities and secure handling of data.
