Hidden Jobs is seeking a Digital & Motion Designer to translate creative strategy into paid digital assets and client-facing presentations. You will produce motion and static work across multiple platforms, prioritizing performance, brand consistency, and production polish.

In this remote-friendly role, you will collaborate with a fast-paced team to drive measurable outcomes while maintaining a polished, on-brand visual language across channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and animating digital creative, ideally within performance or paid media contexts.
• Strong eye for detail, collaboration, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort designing across multiple platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with brand consistency and production timelines.
• Location in or near the Pacific Time Zone is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, animate, and produce high-performing paid digital creative assets across various channels and formats.
• Develop engaging static and motion deliverables that balance creative storytelling with production excellence.
• Support client-facing presentations, ensuring visual quality and brand alignment throughout.
• Translate creative strategy into compelling visual work that drives measurable performance outcomes.
• Contribute conceptual thinking alongside hands-on execution to elevate digital campaigns.
