• 4–6 years of experience in digital, graphic, or motion design with performance marketing experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency.
• A portfolio with digital design, motion graphics, and performance-driven work across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and produce high-performing static and motion creative for paid digital campaigns across platforms.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Leads, Designers, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into assets.
• Develop visual direction, present work to clients, incorporate feedback, and guide concepts through production.
