Qualifications

• Four (4) years of underwriting experience required.
• Active Direct Endorsement Program Lender (FHA) and/or Lender Appraisal Processing Program (VA) designations are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and approving or denying loan applications.
• Communicating underwriting decisions and timelines.
• Performing manual underwriting according to guidelines.
