Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking self-motivated individuals for a commission-only role focused on mortgage protection. You will set appointments, research client needs, and meet with families either virtually or in-person to present coverage options and help with applications.

Qualifications

• We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset.
• Skill set isn’t everything for this position; attitude and willingness to learn matter.
• Experience in sales is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week with potential clients to discuss mortgage protection.
• Research: 4-5 hours per week to tailor options to client needs.
• Meeting with Families: 2 days per week, virtual or in-person to present options and assist with applications.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week coordinating underwriting with carriers.
