Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking a self-motivated sales professional to sell mortgage protection plans. You will set appointments, research client needs, and guide families through coverage options, virtually or in person.

This commission-only role offers uncapped earnings, with an average of about $600 commission per family protected and a target of 5–10 plans weekly, plus a bonus program and incentive trips for top performers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week with potential clients.
• Research: 4-5 hours per week to tailor options to client needs.
• Meeting with Families: 2 days per week, virtual or in-person meetings to discuss options and assist with applications.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week, coordinating with carriers to facilitate underwriting.
