Triumph Financial is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to ensure timely, accurate processing from submission to underwriting. You will manage documentation, data entry in MortgageBot, and interaction with customers to gather required information.

Responsibilities include coordinating appraisals, title commitments, and verifications, while maintaining clear communication with borrowers and loan officers to support a smooth transition to closing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years mortgage banking experience with a working knowledge of lending and office clerical experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Compiles information from application submission to loan approval and assists for closing and loan purchase.
• Processes mortgage loans accurately and timely in MortgageBot and other systems.
• Orders flood certification and notifies Loan Officer if zoning is questionable.
• Coordinates mortgage appraisals, title commitments, and required verifications.
• Maintains communication with borrowers, realtors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth closing.
