Qualifications

• Retail mortgage processing experience required.
• Knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines.
• Mortgage broker experience preferred.
• Mortgage Loan Originator license preferred or can be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files and gather items needed for final approval.
• Maintain loan pipelines and daily tasks.
• Communicate with clients and third-party vendors.
• Liaise between operations and sales departments.
