Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; mortgage lending experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel to offsite locations as required.
• Knowledge of SAFE Act compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate and process mortgage loan applications with applicants.
• Educate members on mortgage products and align with financial needs.
• Build relationships with real estate professionals to generate business.
• Coordinate with appraisers, title officers, and underwriters for smooth processing.
• Promote mortgage products at community events.
• Deliver exceptional member service and cross-sell products where appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations including the SAFE Act.
