Satori Mortgage is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to build and own your loan pipeline with a national team backing you. You will generate business through referrals, partnerships, and outbound efforts, while leveraging our broad lender network.

You will receive real coaching, ongoing development, and a performance-based compensation model with rapid access to guidance from leaders who fund loans themselves. This is a remote, commission-only role.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate and develop own loan business.
• Willingness to work in a 100% commission environment with no income caps.
• Willingness to learn and adopt our systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build your own loan pipeline with support from a national team.
• Close loans and convert opportunities into funded deals.
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and bootcamps.
