Satori Mortgage is expanding nationwide and seeking motivated individuals who want to launch a mortgage career even if they are new to the field. You’ll join a 50+ producing loan officer team, receive onboarding, coaching, and a proven prospecting system to convert your network into funded loans.

This remote role offers a 100% commission structure with unlimited upside, a strong training and AI toolkit (Gemini, GPTs) and ongoing support from a pod leader and leaders across the company to help

Qualifications

• Existing network in real estate, sales, or community relationships.
• Willingness to learn mortgage origination and licensing.
• Ability to generate business and prospect independently.

Responsibilities

• Onboarded trainees work with pod leader to win real borrower calls.
• Learn and run the origination process from start to finish.
• Use provided systems to turn your network into funded loans.
