We provide the license path, systems, and ongoing support to turn relationships into funded loans, even if you are new to mortgages.

Qualifications

• No mortgage experience required, but networking and communication skills are valued.
• Candidates should be coachable and driven.
• Ability to generate own opportunities and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Learn the mortgage process and obtain NMLS license.
• Develop your network to generate funded loans.
• Work with pod leaders and AI tools to improve performance.
• Engage with clients remotely via calls and Zoom to close loans.
