Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers to run their own business under our umbrella. You’ll build and nurture referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners while growing a personal client base.

This role offers uncapped commissions, the option to add additional loan officers to your team or operate as an individual LO, and administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
