Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral relationships.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing 3-5 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral networks with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Manage client relationships and loan processing end-to-end.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in all loan transactions.
