Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers who excel at building referral networks. Run your own business remotely, under our umbrella, with support from Corporate and access to loan products for all borrower types.

Licensed in 28 states, you will work on a P&L basis with uncapped commissions and the ability to add teammates or operate solo. A strong compliance and regulatory knowledge, plus stellar interpersonal skills, are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations.
• Proven ability to close 3–5 units per month.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners.
• Manage client databases for ongoing marketing.
• Close loan deals across multiple borrower types.
• Operate remotely with P&L responsibility and uncapped commissions.
