MOD Mortgage is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer to work with inbound leads and convert them into funded loans. You will consult borrowers, analyze financing needs, and tailor loan solutions while maintaining a robust pipeline in our CRM.

Ideal candidates have an active NMLS license for Michigan/Florida or eligibility, with strong phone sales skills and a results-driven mindset. This remote role offers commission-based compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS mortgage loan originator license in Michigan and/or Florida, or eligibility to obtain the required state license before originating.
• Mortgage origination and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone sales and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent follow-up habits and pipeline management.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, remote environment.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Work company-provided inbound mortgage leads.
• Contact new leads promptly and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Consult borrowers, identify financing needs, and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
• Convert leads into completed applications and funded loans.
• Manage your pipeline through our CRM.
• Collaborate with processing and operations to move loans toward closing.
