Satori Mortgage is expanding its national team of loan officers. This remote role is built for individuals who already have a network and the drive to turn relationships into funded loans.

We provide onboarding, hands-on training, a dedicated pod leader, and weekly calls to share what's working. You’ll gain access to AI tools via Google Workspace and work within a supportive, culture-first team with real opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• You should have a strong network and ability to build relationships.
• Self-starter with a track record of turning contacts into opportunities.
• Willingness to learn and be coached in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfort with a 100% commission compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Leverage personal networks to generate funded mortgage opportunities.
• Attend onboarding and training programs to learn our systems.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and team via calls and Zoom sessions.
• Use provided AI tools to identify and cultivate lender partnerships.
