Satori Mortgage is a national team of 50+ producing loan officers who share wins and support one another. This remote, 100% commission role asks you to build your business, close the loans you start, and continuously develop your craft with real-time coaching and practical tools.

You’ll access bootcamp sessions, real coaching, and a network of lenders and partners to structure and close loans. If you’re driven, this is a platform to grow without island isolation.

Qualifications

• You generate your own business through referrals, agent partnerships, your personal brand, or outbound; owning the engine is essential.
• You close what you start and convert opportunities into funded loans.
• You're coachable, open to feedback, and willing to follow proven systems.
• You outwork the room, but you won't be alone; support exists within the team.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own business and close funded loans using your network and outreach.
• Engage with a national team of producers, sharing what's working in real time.
• Leverage coaching, Bootcamp Sessions, and ongoing development to improve performance.
• Collaborate with pod leaders on borrower calls and agent/builder Zooms when needed.
