Training and onboarding are built around practical origination knowledge and real-world prospecting systems. You’ll be mentored by a pod leader and connected to the company’s channels for fast answers, with ongoing coaching,

Qualifications

• You already have a sphere of contacts and networks; mortgage experience is not required.
• You are self-starting and capable of generating your own leads.

Responsibilities

• Generate and cultivate your own business leads.
• Participate in the weekly producer call to share effective tactics.
• Work with a pod leader on live borrower calls to close loans.
• Learn origination mechanics, lender options, and the company’s systems.
