Qualifications

• Must have an active network or ability to build one in real estate, sales, or related fields.
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and hustle mindset.
• Willingness to learn and apply new systems and tools.
• Comfort with a 100% commission model and no guaranteed income.

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert relationships into funded loans.
• Engage with a pod leader and the broader team for guidance.
• Utilize provided systems and AI tools to optimize origination.
