You’ll be coached, trained, and connected to real funding options, not boilerplate scripts. You’ll build relationships, close deals, and rely on a practical, data-driven approach with an AI edge and real-time market insights.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate your own business through referrals, partnerships or outbound efforts.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and use the provided coaching and systems.
• Proven persistence and drive to close funded loans in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own mortgage business and close funded loans.
• Leverage coaching, Bootcamp sessions, and a national community for best practices.
• Utilize Gemini AI and custom GPT tools within Google Workspace to win deals.
• Collaborate with a back-end team while staying in the trenches with borrowers.
