Qualifications

• Must have an existing sphere of contacts or a strong network.
• Be a self-starter who generates own leads and opportunities.
• Coachability and openness to learning new systems and craft.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly producer calls to share what’s working in funding loans.
• Work with a pod leader on live borrower calls until you know what to say and how to say it.
