Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct mortgage loan application interviews and assist applicants in completing the application.
• Gathers all required applicant information to complete full loan files.
• Assist loan processing with files and interface with Mortgage Loan Officers and processing teams.
• Schedule closings and communicate status updates to members and agents.
• Order appraisal reports and credit reports to support loan applications and disclosures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality of member information.
