Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Never had a loan originator license revoked in any jurisdiction.
• No felony convictions involving fraud, dishonesty, breach of trust, or money laundering.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license required.
• Within the past 5 years, at least 3 years active full-time licensed lending experience and a minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Utah Lending Manager license.
• Complete the required annual Continuing Education.
• Maintain communication with the legal department.
