Job summary

mTrade seeks a detail-oriented Data Extraction Associate to organize mortgage loan files, enter data into the mTrade Data Extraction system, and verify accuracy. You will work on quotas of 10 loans per day with a 98% accuracy target and participate in a two-week training program.

Starting pay is 17.00 per hour, and you will be part of a team reporting to a Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize files and collect data from mortgage loan files
• Accurately enter files into the mTrade Data Extraction computer application
• Analyze the data for errors
• Trouble shoot and report any problems with the data
• Meet daily quotas by completing processing on 10 loans per day and maintaining a 98% accuracy rating
• Successfully participate in and complete 2 weeks initial training
• Be part of a team reporting to a Team Lead
