Position Overview

This position supports customer service for mortgage customers. You will interact with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve support issues and ensure a top-tier customer experience. Candidates should be confident, engaged, team-oriented, and bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude daily.

Position Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls courteously, promptly, and professionally
  • Listen to understand customer needs and resolve issues
  • Escalate issues to appropriate staff and management when necessary
  • Achieve first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Follow client processes and perform tasks courteously and professionally
  • Use knowledge base and training to answer questions accurately
  • Create and maintain CRM records with call details
  • Document call resolutions accurately in systems
  • Follow financial issue handling procedures and confidentiality requirements
  • Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain attendance and work schedules, including training sessions

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple screens and systems while speaking with customers
  • Typing speed of 30-45 WPM accurately
  • Fluent reading and speaking English
  • Familiarity with Windows applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service orientation (empathetic, responsive, patient)
  • Strong teamwork and customer focus with a positive attitude
  • Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
  • Aptitude for issue identification and problem solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Good judgment in decision-making regarding account inquiries and call handling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability

Preferred

  • Experience in banking or financial services a plus

Physical Requirements
