Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing Inside Sales team. This role is critical in assisting both customers and outside sales representatives by providing administrative support, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be process oriented, have a proven ability to project manage, and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the inside sales team, including order processing, data entry, and customer follow-ups.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and inside sales representatives, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details in CRM software.
  • Assist with coordinating deliveries, service requests, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, billing, and customer service.
  • Understand and support the execution of sales strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed.
  • Continuously learn all business systems and operational flow.
  • Consistently follow and enhance processes within the business unit.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role in a sales or customer service environment. Experience in Moving, Storage, Logistics is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • $18 - $24 / hour, depending on experience
  • Position is 100% Remote - HQ Office is located in Aventura, FL
