Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Compliance Analyst for Servicing and Regulatory operations. The role focuses on monitoring regulatory and investor requirements affecting mortgage origination and servicing, supporting privacy compliance, and assisting examinations and audits.

The role reports to Compliance Department and offers a full-time, remote position with competitive pay and benefits. Applicants should have mortgage industry experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent in business, finance, legal studies, risk management or compliance.
Minimum three years in Mortgage industry experience focused on origination and servicing.
Two years in compliance, regulatory, audit, risk management or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

Identify and manage regulatory, investor, and industry changes affecting origination and servicing.
Evaluate regulatory requirements and assess impact and risks.
Coordinate with units to implement regulatory and investor changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
Serve as SME for mortgage origination and servicing requirements and impacts.
