Job summary

Carrington is seeking a Default Claims Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to review and reconcile mortgage insurance claims with a focus on accuracy and compliance. This remote position requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma and preferably additional college education, along with at least one year of relevant experience. The role offers a target pay range of $20.00 - $24.50/hr, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in mortgage servicing default or QA/QC.
• Ability to work M-TH 7-5 and F 7:30-11:30 plus overtime.

Responsibilities

• Review default claims for FHA, VA, PMI, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC.
• Document mortgage platform with appropriate process tracking.
• Complete monthly audits assigned.
• Ensure agency requirements are followed and enforced.
