Qualifications

• Advanced, hands‑on experience with MyCRM and Apply Online.
• Comprehensive understanding of Australian lending valuations and pricing workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end loan processing from application to settlement.
• Input data and track applications in MyCRM and Apply Online.
• Coordinate valuations and lender pricing requests.
• Package loan documents ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and real estate agents.
• Provide proactive client updates with professional English.
