Job summary

MKWise Financial Ltd is hiring a Mortgage Administrator to join our fast-growing, independent mortgage and protection brokerage. This remote/offshore role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to support Mortgage Advisers and clients from Milton Keynes, UK.

The position requires strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Training will be provided to help you grow within the role and advance your career.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Self-motivated, professional and able to manage tasks independently.
• Experience in Mortgage, Loans, Insurance or Financial Services administration is preferred but not mandatory.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Progress mortgage cases through to legal completion and beyond.
• Liaise with Mortgage Advisers, clients, lenders and conveyancers.
• Monitor client emails and manage repeat client accounts.
• Act as the first point of contact for client and case-related queries.
• Update and maintain CRM systems, databases and case files.
• Ensure activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative, operational and occasional finance support.
• Assist with marketing activities as required.
