VCU Health seeks a Nurse Manager for Virtual Monitoring to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality remote patient observation and virtual care. The role drives safety, workflow efficiency, and integration of technology across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has progressive nursing leadership experience, Virginia RN licensure (BSN preferred), and a strong focus on staff development and patient outcomes within a Magnet-recognized environment.

Competenze

• Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of relevant clinical experience with 2+ years of progressive leadership/management.
• Licensure: Current RN licensure in Virginia or enhanced multistate compact.
• Progressive leadership experience with telemetry interpretation.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred; if not, BSN required.
• Independent unit operations with guidance from Director as needed.

Mansioni

• Oversee remote patient monitoring operations and virtual nursing across the enterprise.
• Provide strong leadership to the virtual monitoring team including telesitters and telemetry support.
• Develop staffing plans, budgets, and staffing grids in collaboration with Nursing Director.
• Ensure compliance with patient care standards and Magnet Nursing criteria.
• Lead technology adoption and staff proficiency in remote monitoring systems.
