What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Measure equipment reliability and make recommendations to improve customer equipment performance using digital tools
- Collaborate with local reliability engineers to support the implementation of new digital tools and practices
- Analyze telemetry and maintenance data to ensure efficient fleet performance and offer systemic solutions to reliability challenges
- Provide analytical input to enhance algorithms for predicting equipment failures, contributing to various digitalization projects
- Translate reliability opportunities into cost savings and growth through the implementation of improvement programs and projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Control Systems
- Proficiency in machine telemetry and solid understanding of machine operations in a mining environment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics
- Experience with data analytics methodologies and building data quality measures
- Strong electrical skills and experience in mining equipment maintenance applications
