Position Summary

Responsible for analyzing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) alerts generated by, but not limited to, software systems, standalone Monitoring Services reports, staff & partner submissions. The incumbent conducts detailed analysis of alerts received, submitted, prepare scheduled or ad-hoc reports. Remote position but prefer local candidates in Twin Cities or Sioux Falls areas.

Essential Functions

• Review alerts generated by the Monitoring Services alert systems. This includes daily alerts as well as alerts from the Analysts assigned reports.
• Report system and/or data issues with the Monitoring Services alerts systems.
• Policy/procedure develops or updates.
• Complete special projects or perform other responsibilities as directed by management.

Education & Experience

• High school degree or GED required.
• Previous banking/finance experience preferred.
• BSA/AML/OFAC experience preferred.
• Previous experience with BSA/AML transaction alert monitoring systems preferred.
• Superior skill set in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to write reports and ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of the organization.
• Proven ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks and meet required deadlines.
• Superior attention to detail required.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

Annual salary range: $45,521 - $65,030 - $84,538 depending on experience and qualifications.
