Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Minimum 4+ years of structural analysis and design experience.
• Experience with structural analysis and FEM.
• Proficiency in SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit, Inventor, TEKLA.
• Knowledge of applicable codes (ASCE, AISC, IBC).

Responsibilities

• Develop structural designs for offsite and modular building products, including steel framing and connections.
• Perform FEM to validate designs under loads.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and manufacturing teams.
• Coordinate structures to integrate modular components.
• Review drawings and documents for compliance.
• Support production, fabrication, and installation considerations.
• Stay current with modular construction and building codes.
