Job summary

X-Team International is hiring a Senior React Native contractor to lead the architecture and delivery of a new mobile app for a major festival. You will own the app’s architecture, authentication flows, offline capabilities, and release pipeline, working closely with the client team to meet a fixed launch date.

You bring hands-on iOS/Android native development, experience with high-traffic production apps, and a track record of defining engineering standards and guiding client stakeholders

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience building and maintaining high-traffic React Native apps.
• Hands-on native iOS and Android development with Swift/Obj-C and Kotlin/Java.
• End-to-end ownership of mobile releases including CI/CD and app store processes.
• Experience implementing SSO via OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
• Experience integrating push notifications such as Airship and maps.
• Architect mobile apps for high traffic with offline caching and state management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of a large React Native app for a major festival.
• Review code, set engineering standards, and advise client stakeholders.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability during high-traffic events.
