Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a highly accountable Account Manager to design and execute mobile and social strategy for top clients. You will serve as the primary POC for paid mobile and social campaigns, manage channel partners, and oversee budgets across app install initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, deep knowledge of Facebook/TikTok ads, and experience with mmp platforms. Remote-first with preference for Pacific or Mountain time zones to align with team schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in a client-facing role
• Experience buying mobile app install campaigns across mobile ad networks and social platforms
• Strong understanding of mobile KPIs and media buying tactics
• Proven ability to communicate strategy and results to clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with 3rd party tracking platforms (Kochava, Adjust, AppsFlyer)

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile and social app marketing strategy for assigned clients
• Manage a mix of managed service partners and self-serve ad platforms
• Oversee budgets across multiple app install campaigns
• Develop roadmaps and optimization plans to hit client goals
• Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams
