Job summary

TDK SensEI is seeking a Software Manual Test Analyst to support QA across web, mobile apps, APIs, and integrated systems. You will design, execute, and maintain manual test cases, perform diverse testing types, and validate complex workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on manual testing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to validate end-to-end processes in a global engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on software manual testing.
• Experience testing web and mobile apps.
• Experience API and end-to-end system testing.
• Familiar with test management & defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Basic SQL for data validation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate in a global engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and scenarios based on product requirements and user workflows.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate web and mobile applications, APIs, and integrated system workflows.
• Execute testing activities involving hardware-integrated or connected systems as needed.
• Identify, document, track, and retest software defects.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, product managers, cross functional teams to resolve issues.
• Review requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and testability concerns early in development.
• Support production sanity testing and release readiness activities.
• Create and maintain clear test documentation and defect reports.
• Assist with troubleshooting and reproducing customer-reported issues.
