Job summary

IDT is seeking a hands-on Mobile Performance Marketing Manager to support our marketing team. You will help execute and scale paid campaigns across multiple digital channels to grow the user base for Boss Money and Boss Revolution, with a focus on data-driven optimization and continual testing.

This role emphasizes developing channel strategies, analyzing the full funnel, and collaborating with design teams to ensure ad assets reflect each app’s messaging & audience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid campaigns in a UA/performance marketing or growth role.
• B2C + App acquisition experience.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of paid campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X and others).
• Help develop and execute channel strategies to meet user acquisition targets (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
• Analyze the full performance funnel from impression to install and downstream conversions.
• Support creative testing from concept to completion, executing A/B tests and creating a testing framework.
• Monitor creative performance and how UA optimizations affect results.
• Identify areas of improvement by analyzing performance data and turning insights into actions.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure ad assets align with messaging and audience.
• Continuously learn and test new channels, optimization strategies, and creative concepts, including AI tools for marketing.
