Job summary

The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa is seeking a Training & Outreach Coordinator to support the Alabama Mobile Crisis Response Collaborative. You will coordinate project activities, assist with design and implementation, and liaise with internal and external contacts.

The role involves promoting the project and may involve supervising students and creating promotional materials. Responsibilities include coordinating training/outreach, supporting evaluation and grant-related activities, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and some experience coordinating projects.
• Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and be at least 19 years old at time of hire; driving restrictions may apply for under 21.
• Experience with basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to conduct educational sessions for providers and/or community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete all project-related activities for A-MCRC.
• Develop and coordinate training and outreach materials.
• Support grant-related activities and coordinate relations with local/state boards.
• Maintain and coordinate project social media efforts with VitAL Communications Specialist.
• Serve as liaison between internal and external partners and contacts.
• Supervise students and provide general office assistance.
