Willapa Behavioral Health & Wellness is seeking a Crisis Case Manager/Mental Health Care Provider to respond to crises and coordinate follow-up services. The role includes hospital liaison duties for Pacific County and collaboration with crisis responders, hospitals, and community partners.

The position emphasizes documenting care, maintaining mandatory certifications, and using telehealth as determined by management. On-site or telehealth work may be required.

Competenze

• AA degree with two years of mental health experience or related field.
• Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) with DOH credential to provide services.
• Agency Affiliated Counselor.
• Current registration/certification/license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Mansioni

• Respond to crises within two hours of the initial call and coordinate with Designated Crisis Responders as needed.
• Provide and coordinate follow-up services to crisis clients; stabilize or facilitate intake into mental health system.
• Coordinate with inpatient centers for continuity of care and monitor high-risk clients.
• Participate in clinical planning and staff meetings; complete documentation per agency requirements.
