Willapa Behavioral Health is seeking a Crisis Case Manager/Mental Health Care Provider to respond to crises, coordinate follow-up services, and liaise with hospitals for discharged clients. The role emphasizes rapid crisis response, documentation, and continuous professional development.

The position requires an AA with mental health experience, CPC/DOH credentialing where applicable, and a valid driver's license. Telehealth and on-site duties may be required with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• AA level with two years of experience in mental health or related fields.
• Certified Peer Counselor credential if applicable and DOH credentialed to provide services.
• Agency Affiliated Counselor status is acceptable.
• Current registration/certification/license in applicable field.
• Ability to document in the electronic medical record and use telehealth tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Meet Washington health care vaccination requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to crises within two hours of the initial call and coordinate crisis response with Designated Crisis Responders as needed.
• Provide and coordinate all follow-up services after crisis, aiming to stabilize or facilitate intake.
• Coordinate with DCR for high-risk clients and maintain relationships with inpatient centers for continuity of care.
• Participate in clinical, planning and staff meetings as required.
• Complete all documentation according to agency requirements.
• Attend professional conferences and workshops as appropriate.
• Maintain current mandatory certifications, licenses, and training.
• Remain current on WBH communications via email, newsletters, policies and procedures.
