Job summary

Willapa Behavioral Health & Wellness seeks a Crisis Case Manager/Mental Health Care Provider to respond to crises, coordinate care, and follow up until resolution or enrollment in the mental health system. This exempt position may involve on-site work or telehealth, with a requirement to stay current on certifications, policies, and procedures and to drive as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Two years of experience in mental health or related fields.
• Current registration/certification/licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crises within two hours of initial call and coordinate with DCR as needed.
• Provide follow-up services to crisis clients and stabilize or refer to mental health systems.
• Maintain liaison with hospitals and inpatient centers for continuity of care.
• Participate in meetings and complete documentation per agency requirements.
• Maintain mandatory certifications and stay current withWBH communications.
