Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience.
• 5+ years in a complex matrixed organization delivering digital product development.
• 5+ years translating stakeholder needs into product requirements and delivery plans.
• 5+ years working with multi-disciplinary teams across product, engineering, design, release, and compliance.
• 5+ years with Agile delivery practices including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Experience with mobile app platforms and enterprise technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with MCoE, Optum App, Optum Rx App, engineering, release, security, and compliance teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Support roadmap planning by defining and prioritizing mobile platform capabilities aligned to business priorities.
• Own features or workstreams from discovery through delivery with requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release coordination.
• Collaborate with mobile engineers and architects to translate pain points into capability improvements for mobile delivery and operations.
• Evaluate tradeoffs related to cost, reliability, speed to market, compliance, and business value for prioritization.
